For its decoration, the decorator Didier Benderli used the mosaic of mother-of-pearl which evokes at the same moment the sea and the material of spoons for caviar… and also the scratched wood, the golden leaf and the white leather, association of natural and luxurious materials. Our chef: Dominique Calcerano invents a fresh and clear cooking, in lively agreements. In the very famous Petrossian products are added fishes and shellfishes of the market.
