Chanel revisite son histoire lors d’une exposition intitulée «Chanel. L’art comme Univers» à Moscou. Bercés par des fragrances légères de Chanel n°5, les visiteurs découvrent au détour d’un labyrinthe artistique les cinq univers thématiques chers à Mademoiselle Coco: les Noirs, le Rouge, le Lamé or, le Jersey et le Tweed.

Imaginé par Jean-Louis Froment – créateur du musée d’Arts Contemporain de Bordeaux – comme un parcours initiatique qui mêle une pléiade d’œuvres d’arts incontournables aux grands classiques des créations de la maison Chanel, le projet d’exposition a été accueilli avec ferveur par la conservatrice du prestigieux musée russe, Irina Antonova. A l’intérieur de ce dédale coloré, les robes somptueuses valsent avec les photographies de Man Ray et autres œuvres de Rodtchenko, Renoir et Modigliani. Une grande exposition au parfum d’intemporalité qui met en lumière le parcours fascinant te la créativité d’une icône mondiale de la mode.

Chanel is reviewing her history during an exhibition called "Chanel. Art as a Universe" in Moscow. Accompanied by the light fragrance Chanel n°5, the visitors discover through an artistic labyrinth five thematic universes dear to Mademoiselle Coco: the Blacks, Red, the Golden Lamé, Jersey and Tweed.

Imagined by Jean-Louis Froment - creator of the Contemporary Arts museum of Bordeaux - as an initiatory course that mixes a pleiad of essential works to the great classical creations of the house of Chanel, the exhibition project has been fervently welcomed by the curator of the prestigious Russian museum, Irina Antonova. Inside the colourful maze, the luxurious dresses waltz with Man Ray’s photographs and other works by Rodtchenko, Renoir and Modigliani. A big exhibition scented with timelessness that casts the spotlight on the fascinating career and creativity of a fashion world’s icon.
